    Fresh and Vibrant

    This is nothing like the gum or the tea bag. It's softer, sweeter, more complex. There's something almost floral underneath it. Exotic is the right word. I roll it on my temples before I sit down to work. One breath and I'm focused. It doesn't jolt you awake like peppermint—it just quietly clears the way.

    Spearmint surprised me. It's become the one I reach for most during the day.

    Nelumbi Spearmint oil

    This is one of my new faves! I love all of these products, but this one had a particular impact on me when I was feeling slightly congested due to allergies or who knows what. I put several squirts on my palms and rubbed them together to get a little warmth and then covered my face and inhaled deeply several times. It opened up my nasal passageways and was better than any other type of BenGay or nasal inhaler! It’s a clean, fresh and cool respiratory cleanser. And to know that it’s made with such consciousness and love makes it all the better. You’ve got to try this! 10 out 10!!
