At NELUMBI, we believe skincare is deeply personal. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we want to make it right. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we'll provide a full refund within 90 days of purchase — no questions asked.

To initiate a return, simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1 business days of approval.
