It all began just before the world changed, on the eve of the global pandemic.

A dear friend returned from a pilgrimage to South India, his bags filled with rare, exotic absolute oils collected from sacred sites. The very first bottle he handed me was Blue Lotus.

The moment I inhaled its scent, I was transported — an ancient memory flickered awake, and it felt as if the crown of my head was gently lifting, opening to something vast and timeless.

At that time, I had just completed advanced training in integrative therapeutic modalities, working at the intersection of plant medicine, sound healing, and the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted wellness. My friend, seeking relief from a long history of depression, was open to new paths of healing.

Together, we decided to weave Blue Lotus oil into his therapeutic journey — pairing it with breathwork, sound, and intention. The experience left a lasting imprint. He later told me it was among the most profound of his life.

That moment became the catalyst for six years (and counting) of deep exploration — refining these oils, learning their power both alone and in ceremony, and sharing them in community.

I soon began creating group sound journeys, pairing the oils and lotus flower tea for a more accessible, collective experience. Thus, the Sacred Sound Ceremony was born — a signature offering, and my invitation to all who seek deep healing through ritual, resonance, and the wisdom of sacred plants.
