Ordering
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at eric@nelumbi.com. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Although we believe you’ll love every NELUMBI product, if your body or spirit isn’t satisfied for any reason, we’ll refund your purchase—no questions asked. There’s no need to return the item. Instead, we invite you to gift it forward to someone who might enjoy it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You will also get a separate tracking email, once your order is packed.
Shipping
We are based in San Francisco and process orders within 1 business day. Shipping within the US takes between 2-4 days. International shipping will take between 4-7 days.
Good news - yes you can. Within the US please spend over US $50. International customers please spend over US $150.
You’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use the link in your email to follow your package’s journey.
If you have trouble tracking it, let us know - we’ll help track it down from our end too.
If your order has truly disappeared into the universe, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
