50ml is convenient for you to throw in your bag or pocket. It produces 250 pumps or doses. Recommended use is twice daily - morning and night. So that's a little over 4 months of use.

100ml is designed for ceremony facilitators, such as yoga teachers, breath work and psychedelic journey guides who work with larger groups. It produces 500 pumps or doses. Also works well for those that want to luxuriate more of your body.

    I’ve been using Nelumbi Blue Lotus Oil for both face and shoulder massage, and I’m honestly in love with it.     Perfect for meditation use

    This Blue Lotus Oil as well as the White Lotus Oil are both excellent formulations of the highest standard. I’m working with these to aid in meditation practice and spiritual work and love cultivating a relationship with their essence as flower plant medicine. They carry a high vibration and were clearly created with loving intent. The Blue Lotus has more of a feminine floral scent which I love. The White Lotus could easily be used by those looking for a scent that’s a bit more masculine. Taken together they compliment each other perfectly, representing balance and divine union.
